Go Back Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010/2013 AutoDiscovery is an Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 feature which makes it so much easier to configure the Outlook 2007/2010/2013 profiles. The only information you need to know to set up Outlook 2007/2010/2013 using this feature is your email address and mailbox password. This is sometimes easier than using Outlook Profile Helper. Notes: Read the Knowledge Base article on for more information. To set up Outlook 2007/2010/2013 using the AutoDiscovery feature: 1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles and click Add. You will see the New Profile window. Type a profile name and click OK. 2. Type your name, primary email address, and your mailbox password twice, then click Next. for more information. 3. When you get a security prompt, check the box Don't ask me about this website again and then click Allow. 4. You'll then might be prompted for your user name and password. Enter your primary email address in the User name box and type your mailbox password. 5. Outlook 2007/2010/2013 will now discover your email server settings and configure itself to connect to your mailbox. Once it's completed, you can click Finish. Now you can open your new profile in Outlook 2007/2010/2013. Note: If you are configuring Outlook using the Autodiscovery feature, checkbox On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IPmight be NOT checked. If you have set everything up properly, you will see a window requesting authentication.
If you have entered the username and password correctly, the username will now be underlined, and the entry in the Microsoft Exchange Server field will also be underlined.
Note: If your server is Exchange 2013 the server name will get underlined and will resolve into a name that looks like 20250514-db52-4776-b627-0edf7599bbe4@YourDomainName.com. Such a conversion is expected behaviour for Exchange 2013 mailboxes.

If you cannot locate the Mail icon in Windows Control Panel, turn on Classic View (click Classic View on the left side of the Control Panel window).

If you have MS Office 2011 installed on your Macor Outlook 2011 is prompting for a product key, please follow the below steps:
