Hi, I have a friend who got his Facebook disabled, and he couldn't get it back. So he lost all his game progress, and he is about to definitively stop the game, because he doesn't feel like starting all over.
So is there a possibility for him to recover his game progress without his lost facebook account?

You can try sending in a support ticket but I don't think they will be able to help. Once a game is associated to an account, it cannot be transferred. Still, never hurts to try

Even if he successfully gets his ML account back, he won't be able to save his progress if he's blocked from FB.

the problem is that he was a high level, and purchased lot of monsters ( Vips), runes, and now he lost everything because his account got suspended 
They should implement other means to save your game progress, instead of facebook account.

It's been 2 weeks he is struggling against Facebook support to get his accound enabled, he sent many times his ID card, and everything they asked him but nothing happened . So he gave up

I wouldn't give up so easily. If he hasn't done anything nasty and the only reason his account was suspended is because it's an alias gaming account, I'd give them hell!
I think FB really needs to rethink it's policy on account IDs. There are so many mobile games out there that can only be saved against FB, it's ridiculous that they don't actually offer this option and that you have to sneak this in. Anyway, going OT now. He should keep trying.
Another forum member had his account suspended (also gaming alias account) and got it back, so it is possible!

If you're making a separate account just for your games, maybe that's why it got suspended. I use my everyday FB account, and tick off the option of them seeing my friends list.

@Bruce-Hamilton Indeed he used a fake FB name account for gaming purpose inorder to add Monster legends friends
He sent to FB a copy of his ID card, and of course the name in his Id card doesn't match with name of his facebook account . Maybe that's why they didn't activate his account. It is very unfortunate, because he lost 3 years game progress, and also ton of money he spent on this game, so he is so disgusted, and doesn't want to play anymore and start all over
